LOTO Simulator

This project was dedicated to comprehensive operator training in the proper shutdown procedures for machines, covering all energy sources, with the primary focus on instructing operators in handling incorrect operations to prevent accidents and ensuring a thorough understanding of the shutdown process.

Challenge: Giving operators a complete picture of how machines shut down for different types of energy was the main challenge. Dealing with wrong operations also needed a sophisticated strategy to teach operators how to avoid accidents in different kinds of operations.

Solution: The solution we found was to develop a comprehensive training program that reviewed all the different parts of machine shutdown procedures. We wanted to give operators the knowledge they needed to avoid accidents, so we ensured they learned how to react correctly when things went wrong. We wanted to make sure they could handle different kinds of situations so they could help make the workplace safer.
