Heights Training

The project aimed to train operators to perform challenging tasks at heights by addressing vertigo sensations. This innovative approach accelerates and secures training, significantly reducing training durations for safer and more efficient operations.

Challenge: In order to train operators for tasks that needed them to work at heights, which often caused vertigo symptoms, we had to come up with a new way to make sure that the training was effective while also taking into account the psychological aspects of working at high levels.

Solution: To tackle these challenges, we implemented an innovative training method that directly addressed vertigo sensations. This approach not only expedited the learning process but also enhanced safety by providing operators with the skills and confidence needed for efficient operations at heights, ultimately resulting in a substantial reduction in overall training durations.
